The metal ball style camera housing is vandal resistant. This infrared dome has a weatherproof rating of IP68 which means that it can be used outdoors but should not be exposed to heavy direct rain or very cold conditions. For outdoor applications, this camera can be mounted under the eave of a roof in mild to medium climates. Connects to 4 PIN Cables of any length
The night vision / infrared capability provide illumination up to 80 feet / 25 meters in the dark. The Dome Camera comes with a Varifocal lens of 2.8 to 12mm, which provides the installer with the capability to adjust the field of view to the exact angle needed for your surveillance application. The 1/3" Color Sony Super HAD CCD sensor provides razor sharp high resolution at 1000 lines resolution (1920x1080P) in color and black & white.
