Falcon ships to all countries, however, these countries have more specific shipping costs that are less expensive because we ship to these countries often: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Israel, Columbia & Spain
International Shipping Services Info and Cost
First Class International USPS Shipping: This shipping cost is as low as $14.99 and up to $39.99, depending upon the weight and country. This is the least expensive service and we can ship up to 4 lbs. Shipments via 1st Class international usually take 10-14 business days, but can take up to 25-30 business days. 6-10 Day Priority Mail International: This shipping cost is as low as $34.99 and up, depending upon the weight and country. This is the most popular shipping service. Shipments should arrive in 6-10 business days and we can ship up to 50 lbs. To learn more about this service, click HERE
3-5 Day Priority Mail Express International: This shipping cost is as low as $47.99 and up, depending upon the weight and country. This is the fastest shipping service offered by USPS and shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days. To learn more about this shipping service, click HERE
Other Important Information:
- Falcon ships out all orders the same day that the order is received, as long as the order is received by 2:00 PM CST on a business day. If the order comes in after 2:00 PM CST or on a holiday or weekend, the order will ship out the next business day. You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped and picked up by shipping carrier.

- Depending upon the shipping service that you choose, the shipping carrier will provide insurance of up to $100 for shipment, in case the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping from our location to yours. Falcon does not provide any additional shipping insurance other than what the carrier offers
- The amount of shipping time that is listed with the shipping service is the normal shipping time. Depending upon country and the situation, at times, it could take longer for your country's customs to review and release a package for delivery. Normally, most country's customs services release incoming shipments within 1-3 days, however, there are times when this could take longer. If this occurs, Falcon does not have any control on the speed at which your country's customs will review and release your shipment.
- The shipping cost you choose and pay for will cover the cost from door to door, meaning, that this shipment is scheduled to be delivered to yoru door. However, depending your country, there could be some import taxes that you will need to pay for your shipment to be released. Every country is different and has different taxes on importing products from the USA. Falcon is not responsible for any import taxes and it is the buyer's responsibility to research these possible taxes
- Depending upon the country and shipping service that USPS hands off this shipment to in your country, it may be required for you to be present to receive and sign for this shipment. Falcon cannot determine or control if the shipping company in your country can leave a shipment without a signature or requires a signature.
- Falcon offers a 100% 30 Day money back guarantee on all products sold, however, this 100% money back guarantee applies to the cost of the product, not the cost of the shipping. If you decide you want to return the product for a refund, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost to ship the product back to Falcon and once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the product, not the cost of shipping from our location to yours for your initial purchase. If Falcon made a mistake on the shipment and Falcon confirms this malfunction or mistake, Falcon will refund the cost of the product and the cost of the shipping from our location to yours.
Falcon does not add additional insurance and does not require signature on any shipments, unless request from customer. If customer requests insurance, there will be an additional insurance cost. If customer requests signature required, there could be an additional fee for this service.
For any missing items or mistakes that Falcon makes for shipments of products to customers, if applicable, Falcon must be notified within 3 business days from the date customer received shipment. If Falcon is notified after 3 business days, then Falcon is not responsible for any potential mistakes made by USPS, UPS, or Falcon.
