Returns and Warranty Policy

30 Day Money Backup Guarantee: You may return new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (Falcon will refund cost of the product only, not the cost of shipping, if applicable). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a shipping error or mistake by Falcon Electronics. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: Manufacturer warrants to original purchaser that the product finished hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. In the event of any defect in material or workmanship, the Manufacturer will for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of product to purchaser, F.O.B. point of origin replace any defective parts in respect to the product or replace the product with new or like new product at Manufacturers option. If you have a defective product, Falcon will not cover the cost of shipping the unit back to us, however, Falcon will pay for shipping to ship back the replacement or repaired unit. Falcon will not cover any cost to uninstall or reinstall any defective products in case of any manufacturers or customers defect. In the event of a defect, return the product in tact to the Manufacturer (shipping to Manufacturer will be paid by purchaser) with evidence of purchase date within last 12 months for proper handling of the warranty claim.

What is Not Covered?

• Defects or damage resulting from use of products in other than it normal and customary manner

• Defective or damage from misuse, accident, water or neglect

• Scratches or cosmetic damage that does not affect operation of the product

• Product damage or bodily injury

If you need to return an item, simply email falconeyedashcams@gmail.com and give us your name, order number, what you want to return and what is wrong with the product or why you want to return the product. We will then email you a return merchandise authorization # with complete instructions on how and where to send your returned item.

This device may not be used to violate the privacy rights of others. In no way will FalconEye Dash Cams or its subsidiaries or partners be held responsible for inappropriate use of this product. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to consult legal counsel for the interpretation of any laws applicable to the area of intended use of these products.
