FalconEye Electronics offers discounts and promotion on our website, dashcam.co, site to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

FalconEye reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, promotions with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of FalconEye in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

GUIDELINES:

  • The prize winner is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address after “Spin the Wheel,” Pop Up Ad’s or other promotions.
  • To enter or receive Prizes, you must submit your email address.  No purchase is necessary. 
  • Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  • Only verified NEW subscribers are eligible for all prizes.
  • Existing FalconEye customers are only eligible for discount % OFF with a max of 15 %. Requirements to be eligible for other and all prizes beyond 15% max:
    • Existing customers can email 3 pictures of existing dash camera setup
    • Submit a short video testimonial on why they purchased a dash cam
    • Screen shot showing that they have “liked” our Facebook Page, https://facebook.com/falconeyedashcam
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • FalconEye retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  • Coupon code must be entered at check-out with no spaces to apply correctly.

Any fraudulent activity regarding distribution of codes will null and void your order. All winning codes are verified prior to shipping. Shipping may take up to 7 days for dash camera and Falcon credit winners. Out of USA winners are subject to a shipping charge.
